Email / Anti-Spam Policy

We add someone to an email sequence only after they submit a form on one of our pages and affirmatively check the consent box. Consent boxes are never pre-checked. We do not purchase, rent, scrape, harvest or import third-party email lists.

• The email address submitted
• The date and time of consent
• The exact consent wording shown on screen at that moment
• The page the submission came from, plus referrer and UTM values
• The IP address and browser user agent of the submitting device

• Information related to the topics you selected
• Educational and informational content about marketing, technology and the platform
• Occasional updates about new platform capabilities
• Where applicable, follow-up from the member whose link you responded to

Marketing email is sent from a verified sending address on our own domain. We do not forge headers, disguise the originating domain, or use deceptive subject lines. Every marketing email identifies Catch Green Lights as the sender.

Every commercial email includes our physical mailing address as required by CAN-SPAM: Catch Green Lights, 605 West 9th Street #1120, Austin, TX 78701, United States.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe from our unsubscribe page. Opt-outs are processed immediately in our system and with our email provider. We keep a minimal suppression record of your address so the opt-out continues to be honoured.

Operational messages — such as a reply to something you sent us, or a message about an account you hold — are not marketing email and may still be sent.

Independent members using our tools must:

• Contact only people who gave them permission or with whom they have a genuine existing relationship
• Never send unsolicited bulk email or SMS
• Honour every opt-out promptly and permanently
• Never make income or results guarantees
• Never misrepresent Catch Green Lights or any third-party program
• Comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and all applicable email, SMS and advertising law

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of platform access.

If you received mail you did not request, or believe a member has violated this policy, write to accessgranted@catchgreenlights.com with the message and full headers. We investigate every report.
