When you voluntarily submit a form on this site, we collect:

• First name (and, on some forms, full name)
• Email address
• Mobile phone number, when you choose to provide it
• The interest categories you select
• Your consent checkbox state, the date and time you consented, and the exact consent wording displayed to you at that moment
• Any message or answers you type into a form or survey

• IP address of the submitting device
• Browser user agent string
• Referring URL and UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign)
• The page the submission came from
• First-party page-view events recorded by our own analytics beacon, stored in our own database

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are deployed.

We use one essential session cookie so the site can remember an authenticated or gated session. It is required for the site to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies.

Catch Green Lights supports independent members who refer people to the platform. When you arrive through a member's referral link, your record is associated with that member's identifier (a "DREAM_ID") so the member can follow up with you and receive credit for the referral. The member may see the information you submitted through their link, including your name, email, phone and selected interests.

If you arrive at our general public page with no member referral, no member is assigned to your record and no member identifier is fabricated for you.

• To route your inquiry to the referring member, where one applies
• To maintain proof of consent and honour opt-out requests
• To detect abuse, spam submissions and fraud
• To measure which pages and campaigns produce interest, using aggregated first-party data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade email lists to unaffiliated parties.

Information is processed by a small number of vendors acting on our behalf:

• Brevo — email delivery, contact storage, list management and automated follow-up sequences
• Our hosting and database providers — storage of form submissions, consent records and first-party analytics

These providers are contractually limited to processing data for us. As the platform expands into AI, automation and software services, additional processors may be added and this section will be updated to name them.

We intend to operate a reply-relay service so that when you reply to an automated email, your message is forwarded to the member or team member responsible for your inquiry. Once active, replies you send may be stored, associated with your record, and forwarded. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information in email replies.

Catch Green Lights may present products, services, opportunities or affiliate programs operated by independent third parties. Those third parties have their own privacy policies and data practices, which we do not control. If you choose to register with, purchase from, or enrol in a third-party program, the information you give directly to that third party is governed by their policy, not this one.

• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing email or our unsubscribe page
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to the retention rules below

Send any of these requests to accessgranted@catchgreenlights.com. We will verify the request against the email address on file before acting on it.

When you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, we keep a minimal suppression record — your email address, the date and the reason — so that we can continue to honour your opt-out and prove it was honoured. Deleting that record entirely would risk emailing you again by accident. Consent records are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with email law.

Access to submitted data is restricted to server-side systems and authorised administrators. Member-supplied credentials for connected email accounts are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the platform adds features, categories or processors. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
